Hydralife Institute ships products primarily at the week's start, but priority is always given to the safe arrival of our live foods and so shipping may be delayed, ensuring a positive delivery. Our customers are our highest priority, so if you have any questions or concerns about a recent order, please reach out to us at customerservice@hydralife.org. Hydralife Institute offers a one-time partial or complete replacement of your order, but to qualify, we must receive an email from you within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of mail delivery of the product detailing the customer name, invoice number, and digital evidence in the form of images or video showing the deficient product. If the product qualifies for replacement, Hydralife Institute will expedite the delivery of the replacement product to the customer.
